Dimora Marina is the ground floor of a historic 19th-century villa that has been owned by the same family for generations. Meticulously renovated in 2023 by its owner, a talented architect, this elegant property preserves the timeless historic charm of Italian style while blending tradition with modern comforts.
The property accommodates 10 guests and features five elegantly furnished bedrooms, each with its own private bathroom. The heart of the house is a fully equipped kitchen, ideal for preparing and enjoying meals together. Several rooms feature traditional star and barrel vaults.
Guests will likely spend much of their time in the villa’s wonderful outdoor spaces. The pool is bordered by sun loungers. There is a convenient outdoor dining area from which you can enjoy the gentle breeze and captivating views over the sea. Guests can relax in various seating areas, dine al fresco under a gazebo, and use a covered parking space with electric car charging facilities.
The location is truly unique, offering the perfect combination of quiet seaside living with convenient access to the vibrant center of Marina di Leuca. There are also delightful, uncrowded beaches along the coast just a short drive from the property.
Please note that Dimora Marina is completely independent, ensuring full privacy. The villa’s first floor is not available for rent, as it is used by the owner. It has a completely separate entrance, and no spaces are shared.

- Bedroom #1 – Master Bedroom: Located to the right of the main entrance, this elegant room features a double bed (170 x 200) with a view of the garden and the sea. It includes an en-suite bathroom with a marble bathtub. The bedroom features mosquito screens and air-conditioning.
- Bedroom #2: Located to the left of the main entrance, this bedroom features a double bed (170 x 200), direct access to the garden, and a beautiful view of the sea and garden. It includes an en-suite bathroom with a shower. Both windows are equipped with mosquito screens. This room also has air conditioning.
- Bedroom #3: This cozy bedroom features two single beds (80x200) that cannot be joined. It is equipped with air conditioning and mosquito screens and has an en-suite bathroom with a shower. Due to its size and bed configuration, it could be ideal for children.
- Bedroom #4: This bedroom features a double bed (170x200) and an en-suite bathroom with a shower. Moreover, it opens directly to the back of the garden (4 steps) and gazebo. Like all the other rooms, it is equipped with air conditioning and mosquito screens.
- Bedroom #5: This final bedroom features a double bed (170x200) and an en-suite bathroom. Please note that the shower is located within the bedroom (see photos). It is equipped with air conditioning and mosquito screens.
