Nestled in the heart of the Veneto countryside, within the UNESCO-listed Prosecco Hills and just a short drive from Venice, this elegant historic villa offers a unique blend of heritage, privacy, and refined Italian living. Originally built as a noble country residence, the villa is today one of the most charming historic estates in the Veneto region, where centuries of history merge with contemporary comfort, art, and nature.

With over a millennium of history, the estate originated from a medieval tower and was later enriched with Palladian-inspired architecture, exquisite 17th-century stuccoes, and an 18th-century chapel surrounded by a historic park. Carefully restored by the current owners - descendants of one of Treviso’s oldest aristocratic families - the villa is now recognized among the most prestigious historic villas in Veneto. It is a prime location between Venice and the Dolomites.

Set within a private estate of 2 hectares, the villa offers over 1,000 sqm of beautifully restored interiors, combining original architectural features with modern comfort. The property features 3 independent apartment and 3 suites. The 3 suites are conveniently located on the ground floor, ensuring easy access for guests with reduced mobility. Each suite and apartment has been designed to offer comfort, privacy, and style, allowing guests to enjoy the villa both as a shared space and as independent living units. The villa can only be rented as a whole for one group: a total of 12+3 guests can be comfortably accommodated. Guests also enjoy access to a private wellness area, including: hot tub, sauna, Turkish bath.

Outdoors, the panoramic garden features a stunning infinity pool overlooking the rolling hills, creating a unique setting of relaxation and beauty. Set within a private estate of 2 hectares, the villa is surrounded by landscaped gardens. Guests can enjoy outdoor living with 13 sun loungers, parasols, a gazebo, BBQ area, and spacious terraces for al fresco dining. The peaceful countryside setting offers privacy, relaxation, and scenic views of the Prosecco Hills. A private jacuzzi for 4 guests is located in the side garden of the villa, offering a more intimate setting. The water temperature can be adjusted according to guests’ preferences, and several relaxation areas are available nearby.

The villa with its beautifully decorated halls with original stuccoes, along with gardens and courtyards provides an exceptional setting for: destination weddings, private events, photo shoots and film productions, corporate retreats, editorial projects, exhibitions and artistic performances in the historic park for up to 200 guests. A historic cellar, internally connected to the villa, includes a professional kitchen, ideal for show cooking and bespoke culinary experiences. A range of services is available upon request to enhance the guest experience, including private chef service, cooking classes, wine and cheese tastings, and guided experiences in the Prosecco Hills. 

Villa del Mille is a good base to explore the cultural richness of the Veneto region. Within a short drive, guests can visit Venice, the Dolomites, and the UNESCO-listed Prosecco Hills. Nearby towns offer charming historic centers, restaurants, and cultural experiences. The next village is Colle Umberto (700 m  from the villa) with a bakery, bar, restaurant, brewery/pub, beauty salon, hairdresser, pizza shop, and an ice cream shop.

Conegliano, Vittorio Veneto, Follina, Asolo, Bassano del Grappa and, of course, Treviso can all be reached in less than an hour. The Maser and Emo Palladian villas are also not far away. From here, you can also visit some less well known places such as Oderzo and Possagno, the birthplace of the sculptor Canova, with a museum that was developed by the contemporary architect Carlo Scarpa. Also relatively close are Venice and the Brenta villas, as well as Padua, the city of St. Anthony and the famous Scrovegni Chapel, Verona with its Roman arena and the famous Romeo and Juliet balcony and Vicenza, the city of Andrea Palladio. If you head north, you can easily plan a day trip to the Dolomites. The nearest train station is in Conegliano (7 km), providing direct connections to Venice and other major cities. 

The area is also renowned for wine tasting, cycling routes, and nature excursions. Prosecco and grappa come from this area, but many other delicious, high-quality products are made here, such as delectable cheeses, good-quality flour from various grain types and outstanding meat products, chestnuts and mushrooms. The Veneto cuisine is regarded as being one of the best regional cuisines in Italy.
